And it helped dramatically. Kind of empasizes the fact that the Bible is alive and well and applicable in 2008. And as to the "be still", I prefer "be still, and know that I am God" psalm 46:10 Hang on, good stuff will come. Phillipians 4:6-7 was repeated roughtly every 5 minutes or so, as a mantra, when I was in the process of stopping smoking. And it helped dramatically.
